We provide a tracking number for most of our orders. Once your product is shipped you will receive the tracking number. Each individual product may be shipped from different warehouses worldwide depending on the location of you address.

Orders are shipped out directly from any of our warehouses located across the globe. The shipping department will do everything they can to get you your order as fast as possible. Please allow an estimated 1-3 weeks for your order to arrive to the USA (varies from product to product). Other countries can take an estimated 2-4 weeks (varies from product to product) due to distance of traveling and customs. Some items may take longer than usual. Please note, that these are estimates only.

During the COVID 19 pandemic it may take longer than usual for your order to arrive. We thank you for your understanding and cooperation.


If you have put a wrong address simply reply to your order confirmation email with the correct address. Notify us immediately via email at support@shopixon.com. If the address is wrong, we will be able to correct it within 24 hours.


If you ordered more than one item, each item may be shipped from a different international warehouse, depending on which one is closest to your location. Alternatively, if an item is popular and on a back order, we might ship your items at different times, in different packages, to get you the order as fast as possible.


Customs and Taxes issue depend the regulation of your country. Which means you may or may not be charged duties and taxes depending on your country. If you are charged duties or taxes you are responsible for the required payment. We are not responsible for those payments or any delays caused by the customs department in your country.
